For me, there is nothing more exciting than creating image compositions – from various objects and the resulting layers, I create a completely new image, but at the beginning of my work I only have a vague idea of it. The exciting thing about it is how slowly it turns into a kind of „story“, which the observer can interpret individually.
In addition I would like to mention that I never hold all objects included in the completed picture ready from the beginning in order to put them together. This would not allow my mind at play (you surely know the term).
So it is like this that during the step-by-step composition of the image I always have access to my collection of thousands of photos to look for one or the other photo, to either mount it, reject it again or finally use it.
